Step-by-Step Instructions
Preparation
- Ensure your vehicle is parked on a level surface
- Allow the engine to cool down if it has been running
- Locate your vehicle's DEF tank (usually marked with a blue cap labeled 'DEF' or 'AdBlue')
- Have paper towels or a clean cloth ready in case of spills
Using the No-Spill Funnel
- Remove the DEF tank cap
- Attach the VBlue no-spill funnel to the Diesel Exhaust Fluid tank inlet
- Ensure the funnel is securely positioned to prevent leaks
Pouring the DEF
- Carefully open your VBlue DEF box according to the instructions on the packaging
- Pour VBlue Diesel Exhaust Fluid slowly into the funnel
- The funnel's special design prevents spills and overflows, ensuring a clean and efficient refill process
- Fill to the recommended level (refer to your vehicle's manual for specific requirements)
Completion
- Once filled, carefully remove the funnel
- Securely replace the DEF tank cap
- Dispose of the empty VBlue packaging in a recycling bin (our packaging is 100% recyclable)
- Wash hands thoroughly after handling DEF
Optimal usage temperature range is between 5°C and 30°C
Never mix DEF with other fluids or substances
